FLO Drive Instructions

At the main gate

Please wear your mask for your own protection until you are ready to depart from the KGiSL campus
Your temperature will be taken touch-free, and checked to be within permissible limits. If required, an oximeter check will also be done to rule out possible COVID symptoms
Please have the 4-digit secret code generated as part of your COWIN portal registration to be ready for sharing at the 1st station of vaccination process. Each guest in the car shall have her own secret code.

1st Station

Please share the following:

Your mobile number (as was used with the COWIN registration)
Your Aadhar ID number. We need your permission to take a snapshot of the card to expedite data entry validation
Your individual 4 digit secret code that is corresponding to your COWIN registration. Every guest in the car will have their own secret code.

IMPORTANT: You will be given a card with a Specific Registration Desk Number (1, 2, 3, 4 or 5) marked in the back of the card. Please keep this card for future reference.

2nd Station

You will be inquired "Are you aware of the medical restrictions as to who should receive the COVISHIELD vaccine?"
On your confirmation, you shall receive the vaccination immediately thereafter

3rd station

Please collect our complimentary refreshments. Follow directions to the alloted parking lot. Please stay within the parking lot for at least 15-20 minutes.

Misc Notes

By the time you are ready to leave KGiSL campus, your vaccination certificate should be available for download at the COWIN portal.
If there are any certificate related issues, please send a WhatsApp message to KG Hospital or an email to vaccine@kghospital.com
- Please send us your COWIN-registered mobile number and registration DESK Number (indicated in the KGH card provided while you were at Station 1).
